1. Digital Products

Mind Reset Hub offers digital products such as ebooks, journals, templates, guides, and downloadable files.

Digital Product Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital product sales are generally non-refundable once the product has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed.

Refunds may only be considered if:

You were charged multiple times for the same product
The digital file is corrupted or inaccessible
You did not receive your product after payment

If eligible, customers must contact us within 30 days of purchase.

2. Physical Products

We accept returns and refunds for eligible physical products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition
The item must be returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
The return request must be submitted within 30 days after delivery

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Used or damaged items caused by the customer
Personalized or custom-made products
Final sale or clearance items
Downloaded digital products

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the item
A description of the issue

We may offer:

A replacement
Store credit
A full or partial refund

5. Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect or damaged item sent by Mind Reset Hub.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within several business days depending on your payment provider.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once a digital product has been delivered or a physical product has shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
